Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chattanooga

Stayed here for 1 night for college dropoff Roadtrip. The whole hotel was immaculate. The rooms were extremely comfortable including beds and linens. Great shower also!! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Would definitely go back.

This is a very clean very well kept and very nice place to stay. It may be a little more pricey, but it is worth it. The rooms are very clean. The beds are soft and nice and the customer service is excellent. I lost my remote in my room I think the cleaning lady wrapped it up with my sheets when she changed the bed nevertheless, I went downstairs and Nicole who works There had another remote for me. If you need something, they will take care of you. I think they got the extra mile and you’ll enjoy your stay. I work out of town in Chattanooga, and my company always sends us here. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The breakfast is very decent too! -Conner J.

I just wanted to take the time to write a special thanks and appreciation to the front desk staff named Jackie. Her level of professionalism and hospitality was great! When I arrived to check in, she was assisting another guest and even though I had to wait a little bit, I didn’t mind it because of her acknowledgement. The hotel was clean, common areas kept up to date as well as the rooms. It was an overall pleasant stay. And thank you to front desk agent Nancy for her help with assisting my after check out needs. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at again! Thank you!

I love coming to this hotel. Just a getaway spot for me. But I want to brag on Lily. The best customer service ever. She was super nice. Not that scripted type of nice but genuine. She made my experience 10x better. Lily if you see this just know that your service is appreciated and has not gone unnoticed. As far as the rooms, the bed is super comfortable but I prefer a walk in shower. Also didn't know the price for deposit went up. That's a bummer when you're caught off guard.

I stayed here earlier this week and was so impressed! The hotel looks amazing after the renovation—everything feels fresh and nicely updated. The team was incredibly kind and welcoming. I even found a sweet handwritten note waiting for me in my room, which totally made my day. Grateful for such a great experience at Fairfield Inn & Suites Chattanooga!

The salt water pool was our favorite!! Towels are provided and it was easy to call the front desk when they were out. Rooms were seemingly clean. The location is surrounded by restaurants, so it was easy to keep the kids fed. I’d definitely go back!

Nice and sufficient enough for basic overnight stays. Very clean and updated. No in room microwave, but they do have it located by ice machine. Make sure to request a quiet room away from others as the walls are thin if you don’t want to be disturbed.

It is a solid, clean, well maintain hotel. Nothing luxury, but if you need safe space to rest, it's perfect! Two restaurants next to the hotel open pretty late. Beet part of this hotel is staff! I have to say they are the most friendly people I met. Especially Jackie! She made you feel welcome from the moment you walk thru that door
